Suing small city after small city creating havoc during COVID. The definition of legal abuse.
Unethical lawyers...the worst. They are going around suing cities to change their election practices even when there aren't any issues. They sued the city I live in, and so of course to avoid the cost of going to court my city changed its practices...practices which had been performed for over 100 years without any complaint or grievances. I'm not sure if this insidious law firm is doing this for easy money, or if it's part of a grander scheme to shape government.
Their law firm are destroying cities and school districts all across Socal.
Very poor service. Shenkman is a jerk
I don't see one Hispanic person complaining. The schools have insurance and the funds to pay their mistakes isn't coming from tax payer federal dollars they receive. Civil rights is the law and if you are in receipt of federal funding those apply to you too. A board or City council should be reflective of its community's population and if not, then an effort must be made and the efforts to do outreach tracked.
