Shenandoah center was okay. It is older. If your loved one is very sick i would not have them come here. I complained for my mom she was peeing blood and blood work was still not collected from them and they didn’t send it out until 5 days later. I felt I had to tell the staff often what she needed and repeatedly asked for her urine to be tested day after day. My mom ended up being very sick and had severe kidney infection and was hospitalized for 3 weeks. If she had her urine tested sooner, she could have had a better outco... read more

Farrah in SW is wonderful to work. She truly cares about her work and her patients, and it shows. Everyone at this facility is always very kind and ready to assist. I see the residents going down the halls with big smiles on the faces! Very nice to see!

The veiews is breath taken from my mother window. The home very pleasant and venturioue to look at. The resident looks well groomed and friendly. The staff team pleasant, and willingly to to help in a time of need and didn't matter if my mother Mary Hampton were assigned to them or not . Her Doctor and her aide popped in to see if they needed for anything and check on my mother or tell us how her day was , meds she is taking , food she loves to eat and do on .
