Ugh! The absolute worst quality, shipped with ZERO insurance. Refused to take to his local UPS store or FedEx office for them to pack and ship, as he "didn't want to make them rich" which is funny, I'm paying for shipping, so he's not making them rich, I am, and at least the shipment would have been insured for full value. I paid over $1,900 to the crooks at Shenandoah for repairs on 2 Edison cylinder phonographs and the machines still don't work. That's 1,900 reasons not to do business with these clowns.
