Went in to redeem a voucher my friend had bought me, unfortunately the lady was completely rude and didn't want to help. They didn't want to book me in or try to communicate with me. This is terrible service and I won't be back.

The owner respects his customer. I have been going to this centre for remedial massage for sometime. Great professional attitude and experienced therapist. Unfortunately, once I had a new therapist who was not up to scratch. Gave feedback to the owner, who responded with appropriate apology and compensation. Overall, I am very impressed with the centre and will continue to go for remedial therapy.
