DO NOT USE! If I could give negative stars, I would. Horrible customer service. How many times do you have to tell a person you don't want or need shoe racks? Horrible pricing. They claim to "give you the best deal" and fall very, very short. The man screamed at my wife for contesting prices of items with him, which we thought were high. He was very rude, and even more condescending, and arrogant. After the initial shock of seeing how high the prices were, we calmed ourselves, and we took out a bunch of items from our plans ... read more
