I scheduled an appointment for repair on my shelves that slide. I was given an hour’s window for the repair person to arrive. I spent several hours the day before the appointment emptying the shelves. I waited 5 hours. The repair person never came. I did not receive any notification.
Great shelves - so easy to order and complete with all you need for installation. They contacted me so quickly when I had a question. Quality was great and at a quarter of the cost by a local firm!!!
A big shout out to Tracy and everyone at Shelves That Slide for our amazing new shelves! We ordered 16 shelves for our kitchen - 10 in the pantry and 6 more for the cabinets under our counter. The process was seamless from start to finish. Tracy came out and went through my kitchen with me, looking at each cabinet for specific needs. Shelves That Slide absolutely deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Tracy delivered on exactly what he promised. The pull out shelves gave me much more room in my kitchen to organize. I even had them make the false drawer fronts in our credenza into working drawers which was a much better use of the space. I had placed an order with a big box store for a 24" for pantry that to my surprise (no staff contacts I was given knew they only come that way) the sliding shelves were only 14" deep and no deeper shelves were available to fill the depth. After an online search, I found Shelves That Slide. They were very helpful in ordering the proper size and even thru installation questions they always answered my emails or phone call promptly.
