Thought I had a gem, but Customer Service is lacking – I thought this business was a real gem up until yesterday. I had a less than two year old battery with a 60 month warranty that crapped out and they couldn't "find me" in the computer. Luckily I had kept the receipt and they did honor the pro-rated warranty.
