Looks like a prison without a doubt and what I keep hearing from all the homeless zombies is the place is a prison. All I know , being a king of the homeless so to speak is quiet the contrary....it comes off more like a fort Knox to any would be....down on there luck. Curfews, lockdowns, drills, constant scrutiny....more of the militia state machine. Meth ,Fent, Oxy, Xan......Perc, Fent, Cain, Herin......but Dabs is the only place state run for all alcohol....and flower...weed is not yet at liberty
