We recently purchased a marble round table from this store, which was sold as a floor model. At the time, it had a couple of minor chips, which we were aware of and accepted. However, when we unwrapped it at home, we found a crack that was NOT present when we inspected it in-store. To make matters worse, the store had altered the tag after our purchase to say “sold as-is with crack” and even changed the price. Unique furniture but dishonest marketing. We moved into the neighborhood 4 years ago in 2020 and took advantage of their "closing down" sale. Since then they've advertised "closing forever sale", "retirement - closing sale", "lease expiring sale" - everything under the sun. I understand the need to create urgency but this is not the way to do it. It is flat out lying at worse and misleading at best. If I can't trust their messaging how can I trust anything else they say?
