I came early, the only shopper in a large space, the music was too loud and disco-like so I asked the only person on the floor if she could turn it down a little. Her response: It's not too loud to me. Really??? THAT is how you choose to help your customers have a tolerable shopping experience??? On the way out it lessened slightly, but too little too late. This is an amazing store! So many beautiful items for Christmas and all year round. The owner was wonderful and immediately greeted me and directed me to the items I was looking for (ornaments with siesta key on them as I was visiting). I ended up purchasing multiple ornaments and the owner recommended local spots to visit and sightsee. We chatted about my little daughter in her princess dress and us visiting Disney before our arrival and she was just so kind and wonderful. Excellent source for a classy gift for bosses, white elephant AND family!!! Absolutely love Shelly’s!!! And if you’re a Mackenzie Child’s fan this place DOES NOT DISSAPPOINT!
