For a company who's more than happy to take your money for a "service" they do not make an effort to meet the terms that THEY set. This company appraised my property before purchase but due to their lack of punctuality our closing date was moved to the middle of the month, in doing this they ended up costing me an extra months rent. Then as a extra bonus there appraisal came back incomplete and they had to go out and complete it. Which they charged for!
