I was a customer for years. I understand raising costs but EITA has raised it so many times over the last few years it's ridiculous. I moved on!
If i could give them 0/5 stars I would. Super unprofessional. Nobody in the office returns a voicemail & every-time you get “transferred” to someone you get their automated voicemail. Sat there for over 2.5 hours to have my taxes done in person. I was told “that’s just part of a being a business owner. You don’t get to claim this” multiple times when we have been able to claim it in previous years.
