Absolutely loved my Japanese head spa experience. From the moment Jess spoke about going on a journey together, I felt at ease. It was calming, thoughtful, and deeply relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and cared for. Such a beautiful way to unwind. Highly recommend.
I went for a Japanese Head Spa yesterday, my first ever. I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who explained the process. It was 90 minutes of pure bliss and relaxation - Jackie was very experienced and professional. I would highly recommend this treatment if you love head massages and super clean and nourished hair.
I was gifted a Japanese head spa here ~ it was honestly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. I felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment I walked in. My Beautician was so welcoming, kind and ensuring I was comfortable!! she really took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly. It was my first time trying a Japanese spa and I will definitely be coming back. The beverage and treat at the end was such a lovely touch and completed my experience. Highly recommend! :)

I had a Japanese head spa and absolutely loved it! It was my first time at the salon, and I found it through a promotion on Facebook. The staff are wonderful - professional, knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and kind. The salon itself is lovely - very inviting, relaxing, and clean. The treatment was fantastic, and I really appreciated the advice I was given regarding my scalp. Shellharbour isn’t local to me. I’m about half an hour away, but I’d come back in a heartbeat. Thank you!
