My husband and I came to Shelley because we had been trying to get pregnant for about a year now. Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? It's not possible. Does this acupuncturist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely; they always remember me and make me feel important

Was this provider's office too loud? No. They made sure everything was quiet
Parking was not a problem at all. There was parking centrally located and I didn't have to walk far to get into the building. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to make appointments that I didn't think were necessary. I came in as often as I wanted to, and my treatments were fantastic every time. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I couldn't believe how compassionate and sympathetic they were to my fear of needles. They went out of their way to make me feel extra comfortable. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals when they don't have an answer for me.
