I had a consultation with Shelley in October 2023, and it was great based off the recommendation from a FB group for my county... wonderful conversation and was looking forward to her recommendations to move forward... I must have called over 10 times, talked to her secretary who was little to no help and lacked follow-up communication. My final straw was an email I sent after thanksgiving to Shelley directly asking her to follow-up with me from the October consultation... NOT ONE WORD!! NOT ONE PHONE CALL.
