I get Craniosacral with Shelley, and it’s an incredibly relaxing and restorative experience. A deep, target nervous system unwind. I highly recommend her treatments.
The most amazing therapist. Shelley always knows where I need treated and is absolutely gifted in her field. Highly recommend her to anyone. I had to come back and add more… after my last session I am so impressed that the chronic knee pain I’ve endured for a decade has gone….I cannot believe Shelley was able to work and relieve the ongoing pain I’ve lived with for so long!
Shelley has treated me with both massage and myofascial therapy. By using both styles she has released my neck and face pain, drastically reducing the frequency of my migraines. Her unbelievably kind and caring manner comes through in each session, creating a spa like feeling each time you see her!
