Always so helpful
Literally no way to talk to someone at this branch. Pathetic phone line. If you don't have an extension it sends you to the main line where you have to wait 45 mins to talk to someone, that isn't even at this branch. Why is it so hard to to talk to a person at a local branch! Super frustrating.
