DO NOT! I repeat. DO NOT!! Use this credit union. They are by far the worst credit union I've ever used, no contest. They will not help you whatsoever when it comes to disputes or anything of that nature. They will make a thousand excuses for why they can't seem to do anything and try to make it seem like its your fault. The customer service is atrocious, and thats assuming you can even get someone on the phone. Shell credit union used to be an awsome credit union ran really well. Now their service really sucks and the manager is really rude. They started adding hidden fees to my account after 10 years and changed some policies that put my account security at risk. There are a lot of other credit unions out there pick another and keep your money safe and secure! Their phone customers service is very poor also
