Claims they are a “family oriented” business but fires employees when they still show up to work and do their jobs while going through family emergencies! Very clique based work environment and the head of the shell lake branch has no ability to enforce rules or reprimand employees not following policy, but fires employees that follow policy and still do their jobs during emergency
Bad management, not a good choice for banking, and even worse for employment
We've banked here for over 40 years. They are outstanding.
