Shell Harbor is exactly what they say. They are welcoming, kind and caring. The experience my Dad and our family has been exceptional. I do not believe you can find a better facility. Thank you to all for everything you do. Highly recommend!!

The people are nice but to call this place 55+ is a joke. I’m 58 and 20 years younger than anyone here. 99% of the people here use walkers on wheels. This place should be called God’s waiting room.

The new computer system for all of RLC is definitely not an enhancement to daily living in the RLC Communities. It is apparent to us, the residents at Shell Harbor, that there was NO consultation with RLC residents or staff as to what was needed, what worked, what didn't work, what needed to be changed, or what worked fine. Some IT engineers (or group) decided, based on their lack of knowledge and experience living in an RLC community, have made decisions about the new system which do not enhance, but make our daily lives mo... read more

Since becoming Residents of Shell Harbor in October of '24, we've had such great experiences! My wife LOVES ❤️ the No meal planning, NO Cooking & No Clean Up and the kitchen staff & servers are excellent! Meals are always top notch! My wife is now Leading Crafting Classes twice a month & is in her element!! We've made several new friends which is also awesome! I've traveled using the availability of the Guest Suites at two other resorts in Las Vegas!! It was awesome!! Everything went smoothly with no hiccups! There's plenty ... read more
