UPDATE- The branch Manager Tyrell was able to call me and get this issue resolved. He has helped not only resolve my issue but help improve the app for everyone so it doesn’t happen again. Extremely disappointed with how Shell FCU handled this situation. I was looking to purchase a new vehicle when I heard an ad on the radio for auto loans from SFCU. As I had been a member of an employee FCU elsewhere, I expected SFCU to have a friendly staff, outstanding customer service, higher interest rates on deposit/demand accounts, lower loan rates, and nominal (if not zero) service fees...and I was not disappointed. And, for a bonus, it's the closest and most easily accessed brick and mortar retail bank for me!
In my opinion, SFCU has been the best at all my banking needs. Will not go anywhere else.And the ladies there are so nice .
So very friendly and helpful, even when I walked in right before closing time. They were so great! Opening a new account has never been easier!
