Courteous. informative and great rates. Customer support has always been star rated performance and has always helped me. I Love this c redit union.
This is for the credit union in spring. I had fraud where money was taken out if my account. The female manager said it was not reported on time. While I was with her I got a text from someone attempting to still take money out. She looked at it and said I'm not suppose to still receive notifications from that account since she closed it. oh man.. if you are trying to speak to someone about a business account.. good luck. I went in this branch and was sat in front of an "account specialist". She then says " well I'm not trained in business accounts"... long story short I end up leaving.. I call the following day and ask for a business account specialist... He attempts to listen to my inquiry about a very simple request. mind you I have an account with them already... ALL my paperwork is email to the man on the phone. If zero stars were possible I’d do that for sure , these people are incredibly unprofessional for a credit union/bank. They will not respond to any emails and send you to voicemail more times than not.
