Do not bank with them. One person says one thing and another person says something completely different. They unprofessional and unknowledgeable on everything! Tried to pay off a credit card and they won’t let me! Like what? In fact they just posted a late fee and said to bad! Payment was literally made!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Will be switching banks due to lack of benefits from having my money here. Also, when creating the account for me they got my birthday wrong. Now I have to sit with an advisor to get this fixed which I shouldn’t have to do on my own time. Take your money somewhere else people
Have to wait for 4 fkn weeks to get your loan which is ridiculous, especially when you know the person needs the money but they have to wait another month til they actually get it even if you get them all the info the next day. They tell you to get the info for your vehicle BUT THEY ALREADY KNOW HOW MANY PAYMENTS BEHIND you are, but we have to do the work for them?
