I would not recommend this credit union. Their customer service is awful and the employees don’t care. They are also very slow and incompetent. The staff never gets anything done and just sit at the desk all day. They also have very limited services especially with notarizing documents. Basically if anything requires effort on their part, the staff doesn’t want to do it. If you’re looking for a professional and efficient credit union, please don’t go here. You will be very disappointed.
Not enough tellers, long lines that are ridiculous, every first of the month it's always packed and there's never enough parking spots. Needs major improvement.
Quality of service dramatically dropped. Online reps refuse to answer and send repeated scripts. Honestly, I'm questioning why I should keep them anymore after 20yrs
I think this branch was great. The receptionist Mara was friendly and even if it took me an hour to see the rep to open an account - Juliana Alvarez was kind, patient and answered all my questions. She even stayed past closing just to help me out. Thank you! I opened a savings account and checking account. Great service and they even gave me a free tumbler and lunch bag. Thanks!
