I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your Katy branch 3/20/26 @5:30pm It seems that this location operates differently than others I have visited. I attempted to obtain a cashier's check via the drive-thru, but the representative informed me that this service is not offered at the window and that I would need to return when the lobby is open. I wanted to bring this to your attention as it was unexpected based on my experience with other locations. Never coming to this location.
Great service including courtesy to customers, answering questions, etc. Overall. it is a very nice to do banking.

Love that we can do our banking with real people that are so very helpful whether it be about a scam or deposit, etc.
