Very friendly customer service
I have been a member of Shell FCU for many years and have always been very happy with the level of service I receive but I wanted to take a moment to give special praise to Erin Guerrero (financial service rep)! I originally reached out for the purchase of a travel trailer but Erin recommended refinancing both of our vehicles with Shell and getting a MUCH lower interest rate! unathorized purchase was made through my google account and they did not return my money
Very friendly staff. Don't like the location as the road is choked off with traffic non-stop. Huge plus of banking here is that this is the only area bank/credit union where the coin counting/deposit machine is free for members.
