A financial institution’s value is not in the fact you flow your money through them, it’s how they respond when there are issues that interrupt that flow. Despite having 8 accounts here and having been here for several years, I can say I’ve never been as disappointed with them as I have lately. Nearly unreachable outside of normal hours, and when we get someone they’re rude. We’ll be starting the process of looking for another credit union.

Starting to regret why I joined ,it's a gamble ATM 50/50 chance working on the weekend,checks over 1,000 shows pending over 7 business days so far? I went for a quote to refinance my home..they wanted 5,000 down and charge for a higher APR than I am already paying 😂😂😂 .This credit union is no better than a bank...do research for yourself and find out...if anything worse
I have been with shell federal credit union for the past 4 years. I have never had a problem with them. The bank truly cares about the customers.
Definitely the worst experience I have ever had with a bank ! Don’t use them for sure !!
