These people and this bank are first class RACISTS, I don't have an account here, I just wanted to cash a check that a client paid me for 400 dollars and they wouldn't give me any attention just because I have a Mexican passport, they say that it's their policies so I think that their policies are racist! I haven't dealt with she'll in a long time but today I spoke with Lori W because I was alerted that there was a late payment posted to my credit bureau which should be impossible as I've closed all my shell accounts. She checked through everything and talked with management as well and found out that it was just an issue with credit karma incorrectly categorizing something.
