Extremely Rude Employee, especially Karen. You shouldn’t speak on something when you don’t know the full service and you certainly shouldn’t call another bank and be ugly to their employees.

I went in there to get a new debit card. They signed me in at 9:38am. Three people were signed in at 9:04 and 9:00am. The offices were vacant, just the workers typing away lord knows what. I asked the front desk how long the wait period will be because I see others signed in way before me, at 9:00am. Her response, “first come, first served!” That’s not the point, the point is… does it really take that long to get a new debit card???
