Have been a member for years. Always great service.
I’s frustrating that no matter which branch you go to, the experience is the same—long lines, minimal staff, and very little regard for members’ time. Something as simple as making a deposit turns into an unnecessary wait. It’s hard to understand how this credit union receives accolades like “Top Place to Work” when it’s clear they’re consistently short-staffed and struggling to meet basic service expectations.
