I’ve been a member for nearly three months and so far, I really like Shell FCU. The staff is always super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with anything. The branch I go to always has little to no wait times and the overall experience just feels more comfortable & personal compared to the big banks. I will say, the only frustration I’ve ran into is with new member account restrictions like waiting to be able to do Zelle for 30 days, mobile deposits or external transfers at 90 days and holding checks for 9 business days un... read more
I am extremely upset and frustrated with how Shell Federal has handled my account. I have repeatedly attempted to contact Shell specifically Jacqueline, the supervisor assigned to my case with no success. I called on Monday and was told my situation would be escalated to a supervisor and that Jacqueline would contact me. I never received a call.
