Hire people who KNOW their jobs and AREN'T rude.
I'm not going to blame the branch. I went into SFCU and applied for a CC and was approved. Received the card in about 2 weeks. Couldn't activate so I called to see what the problem was. A nice lady told me that I would have to speak to the compliance department. Called back the next day and said I would receive a call. the next day I checked my messages and a lady said that they couldn't very me and hung up quickly. Tyla worked with My husband and I for months and every vehicle we sent she did all the behind the truck paper work to see what we would qualify for and how much the payment would be.. She continued to work with us through all the searching we did. finally about 6 months latter we got to meet her in person and she is even more awesome in person than by email and phone! Very sweet and hard worker! Thank you Tyla for working with us and helping us get into the tuck of my Husbands wishes!!
