They don’t offer the same incentives to keep up with modern banking. Closed my account because there was no activity for 60 days after having the account for over 10 years. Called to inquire and said the manager had left me a voicemail, the voicemail and letter I received said my card was compromised and they had to cancel it and if I wanted a new one to call for it. Never said anything about closing the account lol.
