Terrible service. Never go to this bank. They are always pulling some BS
The bank is good that the banking app is not so good.
Do not bank here! Extremely rude employees bank tellers are not trained up on their policy and procedures. Tellers told me they could expedite the hold on a personal check, and the manager told me the opposite. They blamed USAA for holding a check which was not the case, SSB was holding the check from clearing. I was told 5 business days starting the day after the check was deposited early Monday morning.
