My mother was here in 2022 for 17 days. The facility went by Shelby Gardens, same address as today. What they promised us for her care for $9400 in the month of July was not communicated to the staff. It was such a traumatizing experience that I did not create a review, but now I feel I must warn others. My mother lived there for 17 days and was not able to communicate her needs. They were amazing with my loved one. The staff really treated her as their own beloved family member. The only drawback was the doctor they use and his refusal to correct his mistakes. If you place a loved one here I would not suggest you transfer their care over to the Dr.
