Everyone I came in contact with was kind and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with each and everyone from Tax Office to Probate to IT and Security, just a real nice bunch of people. Clean buildings and pride in the facilities. Plenty of parking and no waiting anywhere either day that I was there this month.
My mom is on hospice and my father has dimentia. Mrs Lynn just helped me with my family's situation to help me better understand everything during one of the most difficult parts of my life. She was kind, patient, compassionate. She was amazing. I don't write reviews typically but she relieved a huge burden of just being able to explain everything and for that I am grateful. Thank you Mrs Lynn. I wish all agencies were this helpful, I think we would have a lot less stress in this world.
