I am currently dealing with menopause and trying to better advocate for myself. I've experienced an increase in migraines, and decided to try Shelby. She was so knowledgable and made me feel amazing!

Shelby is so incredibly knowledgeable about the muscles in your body and explains what she’s massaging and how it contributes to your pain as she goes. She does a great job of getting to muscles you wouldn’t think could be bothering you.
