I am so happy that I shopped here! We bought a pair of sunglasses about 6 months ago. Since then they suffered a small scratch and a loose screw. I brought them in and they replaced both lenses and put in a new screw as I waited. I was expecting a big bill given 6 months and the quality of these glasses. To my surprise, i received a big smile and and a "you are all set" when i offered to pay. Unsure if Amazon or any online retailer would ever give me such a "feel good" . #buylocal :)
Great folks and always ready to support with repairs and warrantees instead of just buying new glasses!
