I had a curtain rod, curtains made and blinds installed. The final product is beautiful. If I could give 10 stars for the customer service, I would. Chris and Wendy went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the results and I appreciate it so much. I will absolutely use Shiela’s drapery again and recommend to my family and friends. Chris from Sheila's Drapery was amazing from start to finish. Our house has a large amount of windows which need different types of blinds in various rooms. He listened to what I wanted for blinds and suggested exactly what I needed. Chris was very diligent and timely in initial meeting, delivery and install of blinds. We ordered a curtain rod from here, which my husband was going to install. It was $800 curtain rod and when we got home it didn’t even include the screws/hardware to mount the brackets. When we called to let them know that it would have been nice to know this and that we will have to buy screws that might not match the bracket the response was “no kidding”. For this reason I would not recommend!
