Sheila was quick to reachout at every step of the process during almost any time of the day. She was able to break down every step and explain what exactly was needed at what time, why, and then explain hard to grasp concepts in simple terms. During the signing, Sheila was asking questions about the closing that I was not even aware I should have questions about. Cant imagine anyone making the most stressful purchase of their life simpler than Sheila.
