Rarely do I need notary services. I was surprised to learn that notaries at postal and shipping locations offer limited services, and so some private ones. I was lucky to find Sheila Savar near by. Sheila was great! She came to our office to help one of our clients close on their new home to help accommodate them, so they didn't need to travel out of their way to the title company's office. She was very thorough with going through the closing documents helping to provide them all the necessary information and answer all their questions. She was very pleasurable to work with, highly recommend!
Sheila was very helpful and professional for our remote closing. We closed for a mortage on an out of state property and she did a fantastic job collaborating with our bank and attorneys to get all the paperwork needed.
