The owner became extemely irate and – This shopkeeper is an unpredictable violent harasser. On record with the local precinct is an incident wherein he urged me to follow him to the back of his shop and threatened to injure me. Enter at your own risk.
While meeting a friend for lunch we happened to pass Sheherazade and were immediately drawn to enter by the colors and details of the Moroccan decor. What followed was nothing short of a fabulous experience. Rarely do you enter a store and have the owner engage you in a conversation about the pieces- the history and you can clearly tell the owner has a passion about every aspect. Appalling treatment – I adore everything in this shop except the sales associate/owner I encountered on my trip there. By far the most rude, disrespectful, and stubbornly arrogant customer service I have ever received, which is a shame because I like the product selection and would have otherwise enjoyed shopping there often. I will never return or recommend this shop.
