My reki session was relaxing in a lovely environment . I really benefited from it and had a great nights sleep. Highly recommend.
Lovely mixture of reiki and creative life coaching from Jemma Rosenthal. Found the reiki very grounding and healing and the life coaching helped me navigate a difficult period of change and to clear some blocks in my life.

I am looking forward to offering homeopathy from Sheffield Wellness Centre. The rooms have a lovely relaxing feel and they are lovely and clean. Sheffield Wellness Centre is conveniently situated with on street parking and bus access.
Our work group recently had a Wellness Day and we were able to book Jemma Rosenthal and Ranaa Farooq from the Sheffield Wellness Centre for an instructional workshop. I have since received excellent feedback from group members. Jemma and Ranaa provided a very lively and well-coordinated session. We were able to cover topics such as Visualisation in a systematic manner. All along, attendees were impressed with the passion and interest displayed by both presenters.
