Very pleased with the installation of my brand-new AC through the wall. Throughout the process, Sheffield Heating & Cooling provided me with a fair estimate and assisted me in selecting the best air conditioning units for our home. The two people they sent were kind, professional, and extremely efficient on installation day. They also followed COVID precautions. I have already suggested Sheffield Heating & Cooling to a coworker who is looking to upgrade his home air conditioning system.

The technician came to our home today to give us an estimate and was beyond professional, personable, and easy to work with. He seemed happy to find us a solution that would work for us. We're still waiting for our final estimate of course and figuring out what our next steps are but in the meantime, I felt compelled to write this review because he was excellent to work with.
We had an appointment with Sheffield Heating & Cooling this morning that was scheduled for 8am, and I am very happy with the service provided by John . He arrived 10 minutes early and waited in his service vehicle until the appointment time to knock on our door. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He was also very detailed in explaining what he was doing to get us taken care of. Excellent work. Thanks again.
The staff at Sheffield Heating & Cooling were always friendly, prompt, and helpful. They helped us get the most out of our rebate, and when they came to install the furnace, they did it well and without disrupting our schedule. I've already told my neighbors about them!
