WAITED 20+ MINUTES FOR A REMAKE OF A LATTE. A SIMPLE HOT LATTE. placed a mobile order for two drinks, one being a pumpkin pie latte with an extra shot. recieved a plain latte. no big deal, they offer a remake when i drive all the way back to the store. still have to wait over twenty minutes for a remake. do you not think i mobile ordered it for a reason? completely backwards way of serving your customers, please just do better.
Good food and nice clean car wash
The manager Tina at this location has one of the most unpleasant attitudes I have ever encountered. I was going to interview for a position at this location, but after several negative comments, I got on Tina in particular. I called into withdraw my application and I did want to give Tina the courtesy of letting her know why.. She acted smug and uninterested, stating that she did not care about what I had to say. We had just ordered a simple breakfast sandwich and Jalapeño poppers at 6:10 on August 15th. They were so bad we couldn't even finish the food. Do better
Edited August 2025 When I make mobile order pick ups always having to wait 5 minutes to get my order that is ready sitting behind the MTO pick up. I understand why they put orders back there because of people stealing orders but that isn’t fair to everyone else playing fair game. Come up with a system for mobile orders so we are not waiting in the store Original: Not a bad sheetz to go to. They have your food ready in time, lots of gas pumps, and clean restrooms. That is all you can ask for.
