I have selected a car wash for 1500 points. I am told to order it through your app. The problem with that is that the app doesn't recognize I have a free one and only wants me to pay for more. It won't let me remove it and use the points for something else. J points are no longer accessible for me, but neither is the car wash I am trying to redeem with my points. Two stores and none of your employees can seem to do anything about it except shrug and say they dont know why and generally not helpful with this.
