We used Sheer Elegance Blinds recently for a long window on the staircase & our living areas. We were really impressed with the range of designs, quality of materials and personal service we got from them. At the initial stages of design selection for our house, the owner Bani came and spent 3 hours with us to take us through different options and what would work best for the house. All aspects of the service delivered by Sheer Elegance Blinds was great from the in-store guidance, the measuring up of a tricky bay window through to the installation. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable and my shutters arrived ahead of time. I am so very pleased with the high quality product and end result and highly recommend the Sheer Elegance team.
Sheer Elegance really delivered for our whole of home renovation last year. While other suppliers selling the same Norman products were snobby & unhelpful, Bani made time to talk us through the options, came to our house multiple times and was kind and patient with us even when we got him out to measure up before the renovation works were progressed enough.
