I went to sheer Bliss after my daughter in law and son gave me a gift voucher. I still had money on it and its expiry date was Dec 2025. Kept calling to get an appointment and kept saying they were booked out. Went personally there the other day to find it empty and padlocked. Wow great way to find out. Called phone disconnected but still running website etc. even if they opened somewhere else would never go back. Lying that they are booked out did it for me.
I always come to Toni for a wax and she's always quick and lovely to talk to. Thank you.
Omgoodness these reviews certainly are helpful. I have family living in Pelican Waters of whom I had previously sent a birthday gift voucher. Came time to book and my daughter was told her $150 voucher was useless as it validity time was gone. Absolute greed not to honour a gift voucher 🤷♀️ Why would a business owner do that. Sure way to loose trade
My partner and I went here together for the Total Bliss spa package. Would HIGHLY recommend. Excellent and friendly service, facial and massage/body treatments were so relaxing that we almost fell asleep. Scented products weren't overwhelming either Just a fantastic overall experience
My daughter and I visited today for a facial (daughter) and massage (me). It was indeed sheer bliss for both of us! Thanks for fitting us in at short notice 😍
