I hired Spencer for my case against a food company (that I won't publicly name here) in New York and he was great. Yeah he talks pretty fast and sometimes had associates fill in for him. But in the lengthy process (about 2 years), he kept me updated and got a hell of a deal for me. Don't let some of the negativity here scare you - he gets a lot of heat from the companies, just for making them keeping honest to consumers. I haven't had any more scams pulled on me, but if I dod again I'll hit him up.

This waste of a law degree talked me into filing a federal class action lawsuit, & contracted the work out to a local (FL) attorney of equal or lesser value. Despite Sheehan's insistence that he was "co-counsel", he took zero steps to work down here pro hac vice. The legal Complaint detailed a product that I did not purchase. The supporting law was flawed. Sheehan told me not to communicate with the local attorney, only him. While I was in the hospital with seizures & assorted other mystery ailments, the judge dismissed the ... read more
