I do not recommend Mr. Sheehan. I was sued as a result of his filing on my behalf and liquidated my children's college savings accounts to pay my legal defense fees which he promised to reimburse and had also agreed to in an executed Settlement Representation Agreement. He refuses to respond to my requests for payment and has not paid any of the promised fees, which is unfortunate.

Promised to give me $1,000 more on a settlement and stopped answering my emails do not work with them at all.

I hired Spencer for my case against a food company (that I won't publicly name here) in New York and he was great. Yeah he talks pretty fast and sometimes had associates fill in for him. But in the lengthy process (about 2 years), he kept me updated and got a hell of a deal for me. Don't let some of the negativity here scare you - he gets a lot of heat from the companies, just for making them keeping honest to consumers. I haven't had any more scams pulled on me, but if I dod again I'll hit him up.

This waste of a law degree talked me into filing a federal class action lawsuit, & contracted the work out to a local (FL) attorney of equal or lesser value. Despite Sheehan's insistence that he was "co-counsel", he took zero steps to work down here pro hac vice. The legal Complaint detailed a product that I did not purchase. The supporting law was flawed. Sheehan told me not to communicate with the local attorney, only him.
