Update: Had our relationship with She Do Taxes not ended we would have unnecessary paid over $6k in taxes when in fact we were owed a refund. We’re not sure why, but Kelly and Rachel seem to be unable to accept when they make errors. Mistakes happen, but it’s how you resolve them that matters. It’s apparently disrespectful to bring errors to their attention even when you use words like please when you ask the errors be corrected. Why does this business name show up on my call display when I call CRA? This is highly sus.
We worked with SheDo Tax to set up a corporation for a small business and then complete the corporate taxes. SheDo tax has been very helpful and responsive to all of our needs. They have been a great partner in supporting the business.
Nica at SheDo was so lovely to work with. She was professional, friendly and so helpful! Looking forward (as much as anyone can look forward to taxes) to working with her in the years to come!
