Cynthia is a practitioner that truly cares. What makes her wonderful is her high level of expertise and knowledge in her field coupled with amazing technique and never ending care and concern for her patient's well being. Be careful. Was not forthright after several questions about insurance coverage and after a verbal agreement about out-of-network coverage still billed me more. Has un certified interns that work on you - in my case got to an appointment and was asked if I minded if a young lady (was supposedly getting her O/T doctorate at Montclair State) would work on me as Cythia had another appointment and was running late. ShechterCare provided top notch care for lymphedema in my arms after my breast cancer reconstruction surgeries. Highly recommend to others.
