I purchased a new motorcycle today and it was the smoothest dealership experience I have ever had. I mostly dealt with Tom and Tracey and they were incredible! All of the staff were friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this business.
Nice people but I don't know how qualified they are to fix ATVs. Brought in my 2021 can am Maverick with a clunking noise. They put a a new clutch in it, didn't fix it. (But it did likely need a clutch soon) Then the said it was the rear axle shafts, that also didn't fix it. They put a wheel end bearing in, that didn't fix it. In the end of the day they said they "think" it is something in the transmission. They told me they changed the transmission fluid, and didn't see any metal. Ordered the wrong part and refused to make it right. Risked my bike/crankcase and my safety. Unacceptable. Worst part is that it was a 20 dollar part. Wow.
Very helpful and pleasant salespeople. We just picked up a new sled here and it was a refreshing experience compared to other dealerships.
Worked with Sales Manager Tom to not only sell my old boat, but get into a new boat! Tom was knowledgeable and helpful throughout making the process seamless! Great communication and even went above and beyond providing delivery of my new boat outside store hours to accommodate my schedule! Very pleased and will be back in the future!!!!!
