Shea is incredible at what she does and as a human being! I absolutely love her! I am so glad I found her and I am so grateful for her gifts. Her hypnotherapy is amazing! I decided to try hypnotherapy after I struggled with trying to limit my alcohol intake. I saw Shea for three sessions. After the first session, I was thrilled to see that I did not even think about alcohol. The two additional sessions reinforced my behavior change. On the nights I decide not to have a cocktail, I don’t even think about having a drink. In addition, Shea helped me with insomnia and I have been sleeping better. Shea‘s interventions were game changer for me. I wish I had seen her a long time ago.
I booked the 90 minute as my first consultation and it was worth every dime. Quality over quantity, she took my hip pain away with one session and helped me relieve somewhat my other pains with things i can do at home. She did a thorough assessment and listened to every detail I said. I love her and I saw/FELT results, will be coming in for more treatments.
Another powerful session yesterday. We did hypnosis that I was able to reach the information today and move through resistance bringing my knowing of one mastery, into another area of my life!
Had a very positive experience. Shea is knowledgeable and skillful. I recommended her lymphatic drainage massage!
