Update: I spoke with Hannah, a manager. I explained the situation. She apologized and assured me that the associate will be reminded to check about dresses BEFORE she charges a client. Now I just have to wait for the refund. I will update. I took my daughter here to find the perfect homecoming dress. Off the rack only, a bit disappointing
I had a great experience! The girl who assisted be was actually on her first solo shift and she did amazing and accommodated everyone. She let me go pick the dresses I liked and then let my mom, MIL and friend pick some. She was so sweet. I wound up buying the first dress I tried on! Because these are samples you are able to leave with your dress on the same day! there was some pilling and stains but it was completely fixed when I had it altered by tangs in manassas.

Was greeted by two of the most sweetest girls as I walked in the door. Only giving a picture of my idea of a dress they nailed it ! Pulled 5 dresses and only had to try on 3. Being the last appointment of the day I never felt rushed and they were so kind and patient with me. Highly recommend!!
