Tara is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled RmT. She creates a very relaxing and comfortable environment for clients and takes time and care during treatments. Tara is able to tune into areas that require extra attention and follows up on these areas . Her massage treatments and follow up suggestions have helped immensely. I highly recommend Tara
Tara is not only a very talented and skilled RMT, she’s exceptionally kind hearted, attentive and a true caring person. Her professionalism and knowledge is excellent. I’m so blessed to have found a gem like Tara in Nanaimo a couple of years ago. I always look forward to seeing her monthly. I leave treatments with a long lasting sense of wellbeing especially following sports and gym sessions or simply to relax.
Not only is Tara masterful at her craft (RMT), she is also extremely helpful in terms of suggestions on self care for an injury or aches and pains I can apply between appointments. Always relieved when I know I have an appointment upcoming and after a treatment.
Tara is amazing at what she does. I haven’t met a better massage therapist.
