Some great people, they let me know what was going on the whole time and kept me updated. Got my ticket dropped down to half the original ticket!!!! It was also all resolved and didn’t even have to go into the court.

I can’t recommend Mr. Shazam and Malorie enough. From the start, they were both extremely helpful, responsive, and honest with me about what to expect.
